There is no greater way to better the world than to equip our young people to live healthy lives and to be leaders capable of reaching and equipping others.
This is a crucial time in the history of the world. Nearly half of the world's population are under 25 years old. Today, there are 1.5 billion people across the world between the ages of 12 and 24 and 1.3 billion of those young people are living in developing countries. More importantly, the majority of the developing world's poor are children and youth.
The great question looming on the horizon in regards to the future of the world is this one: What will we do to develop young people? When will we develop leaders capable of doing what it takes to walk into their neighborhoods, connect with their hearts and lead them to their dreams?
Where young people are developed, the world will be changed in a dramatic and lasting way. Where they are not developed, the future will be disastrous. What will you do?
You have wanted to make a difference your whole life. It burns in your heart. It almost suffocates you. You were made to be a hero, but just how do you get from here to there?
A movement of intentional, strategic and even heroic youth development in every population center across the globe has begun. Catalyzing this movement will require groups of leaders to form across the world who will walk together, share resources, hold each other accountable, provoke each other to growth and encourage one another. Will you join us?
