• Randy Cottingham (Board Chair)
  Randy is the founder and owner of Kitty Hawk Animal Hospital in Converse, TX, where he and his wife, Caroline, have 11 children. Randy is a brilliant administrator who has served on a number of boards through important phases of organizations facing significant changes. His current role as the chairman of our board has encouraged a very hands-on, boots on the ground leadership style that has quickly taken Boy With a Ball to a new level of health and growth.
• John & Erica Norton
  John and Erica live in Orange County, CA where they are raising their two children, Jack and Naomi. John just earned his PhD in English from Sheffield Hallam and is an English professor and Tennis coach at Concordia University. Both John and Erica bring a wealth of energy and passion to Boy With a Ball as a couple who have very much dedicated their lives to being involved in international development and aid projects.
• Bret & Michelle Hammond
  Bret & Michelle currently reside in Fredericksburg, Virginia with their children, Joshua, Caleb, Ellie & Michael. Michelle's experience in multi-site accounting as a CPA has proven to be instrumental to the organization as Boy With a Ball expands internationally.
• Mark & Caren Woodruff
  Mark & Caren bring a wealth of life and professional experience to the table as Boy With a Ball board members. Mark is a medical doctor with years of work as a senior pastor of a local church. After raising their three children, Heather, Ben and Joshua, Caren re-entered the workforce in corporate management.

FUNDADEJO, the Costa Rican arm of Boy With a Ball, assembled its board and was given governmental status as a non-profit organization in 2008.

• Jamie and Kathy Johnson
  When it came time to launch Boy With a Ball's first Latin American arm in San Jose, Costa Rica, nothing could have stopped Jamie and Kathy from being there. Kathy's mom is Costa Rican and she spent much of her youth in the San Jose area. Since January of 2004 the Johnson's have been in Costa Rica with their three children, Joshua, Nina and Joey, to serve any way they can.
• Paulina Peralta
  Paulina is a famous figure in the history of the Costa Rican arts due to over combined fifty years of experience as a professional dancer and dance teacher. Along with raising her daughter, Rebeca, Paulina's illustrious career has included hosting her own television program, dancing repeatedly at Costa Rica's most esteemed venues including the National Theater and winning a list of awards with dance companies who have been raised up in her academy. Most significant has been Paulina's use of her role in young women's lives to mentor and equip them to be healthy women capable of making an impact on their communities.
• Susan Koberg
  Susan is the coordinator for Lincoln International School's Community Service program. Also a registered nurse, Susan served on the board of directors of Lincoln International School prior to her current position at the school.
• Alberto Hernandez
  Alberto and his wife, Yorleny, live with their two children, Carol and Ricardo. Alberto is an industrial engineer currently working with Almacenadora S.A. / Logistix S.A. in San Jose, Costa Rica. Alberto has extensive experience in business administration and management.
